Soulclick is an independent provider of online fundraising software and was launched as a software brand of Marketing Monkeys GmbH.
Our goal is to create new ethical and technological standards in digital fundraising and make them available to a broad spectrum of organizations in the form of intelligent products. We want to enable charities to have more autonomy and flexibility in online fundraising and see ourselves as a counter-movement to large payment providers and financial corporations that monopolize the market.
Marketing Monkeys GmbH is a 100% privately owned, independent and self-funded company. The corporation is owned by the founder and a its employees. We have worked our way up through outstanding agency services for nonprofits and by providing unique digital skills to the industry.
With Soulclick, we aim at sharing our knowledge with an industry that has been working for a better, fairer and more inclusive world.
We aimed at solving two basic problems: Cutting the prices of Online Payment solutions for NPOs and offering a mature digital product to the industry that keeps them from investing huge amounts of money and time into building their own donation portals. We are the first Customer Experience platform of the industry.
Ever since we've started, many things have evolved. However, we still stick to our promise to not charge any donation-based fees. Beneficial terms which we negotiate with our payment suppliers are being handed directly to clients. Soulclick only collects charges for the software platform and its services.
A variety of services are available to you - in addition to implementation, these include additional services in the areas of web, analytics and marketing automation. We are happy to support you directly or through our friends to make your online donation platform a success.
Our Customer Success Team is available to you during business hours, from 9 am to 5 pm, both in writing and by telephone. In case of support requests, a ticket will be opened and processed in a timely manner according to the SLA agreement. Expenses will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
Implementation, integration, customization and training can be done by one of our partners (see Soulclick Friends) or directly by the Soulclick team - you decide. In any case, an implementation fee for setup, training and support will be added.
Our friends are the perfect point of contact if you would like to integrate Soulclick seamlessly into your Marketing and Fundraising landscape - They will gladly support you with communicative strategies, content and digital campaigns.
The Soulclick engine is used by a wide range of organizations - From small to large, we cater to a broad range of different charitable organizations.
These include for instance SOS Children's Villages Switzerland, the allani Children's Hospice Bern or the Swiss Rheumatism League. In addition, a large number of organizations are served through partners. Upon request, we'll be glad to provide further references.
Soulclick is an alternative to established online donation services, which are free at first glance but then scale up with your online donation success and cost a lot of money.
We consider transaction-based fees unethical and thus only charge a fixed fee for operating your donation solution - Our platform does not charge any transaction-based fees and gives you full access to your data. No donation studies are issued based on your proprietary data and no data is handed over to third-parties.
Soulclick operates at low costs and is exponentially smarter than its competitors. The platform ensures a fast return on investment and allows you to build your own donation platform gradually.
